泗益藏身於赤柱市場道，是有數十年歷史的鐵皮茶檔。天未光，爐頭已起；早上六時開檔，供應奶茶、咖啡、通粉與三文治，是街坊與早到旅客的落腳點。多年來，小店只此一家，不作分店。
Si Yik sits on Stanley Market Road — a tin-stall dai pai dong with decades behind it. The stove is lit before dawn; the shutters open at six, serving milk tea, coffee, macaroni soup and sandwiches to locals and early travellers alike. One stall, no branches, for all these years.
